Charlotte

Is a multi-hatted technologist and CX evangelist based in Washington D.C. Charlotte studied architecture, political science, behavioral economics, and commerce at the University of Virginia, and ended up with a B.A. in Foreign Affairs. She has her professional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a Certified Scrum Master. She is an ENTJ with a need to be a part of architecting the future and a captivation for technology. Understanding the high barrier to entry in the software design and development market, but with a singular vision towards ethical modernization and technology policy, incorporated their consulting company Kastling Group in 2013 with her partner, David Lee.

Charlotte is an active member of the Federal I.T. Community. She currently serves as the Industry Vice Chair for the Customer Experience (CX) Community of Interest for the American Council of Technology- Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC). She is also the Committee Chair for Women in Leadership Initiative of NCMA-Tysons.  She is usually sold on the food, but the discussions about the future of technology keep her coming back.
